OUR COMPANY

International Accounting Co., Ltd. (INTA) was established in 2010 by former auditors of Big Four firms.
We have provided services to many Vietnamese private companies and enterprises of foreign investment companies from Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, the USA, and Germany.

At INTA, we not only have extensive knowledge and practical experience in setting up accounting software systems and applying accounting in tax and management reporting, but we also offer these services at a competitive and reasonable cost.

Thach Luong

Chairman

With Certified Public Accountant Certificate granted by Vietnamese Ministry of Finance (CPA Vietnam), he used to work for Deloitte for years, with more than 15 years of experience in providing tax, accounting service, financial advisory for enterprises particularly the businesses from Asia Pacific.

Dung Ngo

Director

Dung Ngo has over 15 years CPA experience providing tax and accounting services to businesses and individuals. Partner’s previous professional experience includes managerial positions with the CPA firms of Deloitte. Partner holds a Certified Public Accounting license from the Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). Partner graduated with an Accounting and Auditing degree from the University of Economics.

Phong Dao

Lawyer

Phong has over 15 years experienced in business law practices such as foreign investment, corporate & commercial, M&A, banking & finance, contract, labor, dispute resolution and experienced in working with many kinds of investment projects and foreign investors such as distribution, construction, production, real estate, education, logistics projects. He as Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Foreign Language in English and Bachelor of Business Administration.

Linh Trieu

Deputy Director

Ms. Linh is the permanent employee of the Company, with the experience of 10 working years in the field of auditing, accounting, taxation, consultant, she has provided the accounting service to many customers who has operated in many various fields, such as, production, construction, service, restaurant, resort and so on. In addition, she still has the experience in directly working with the Taxation Agencies, Insurance Agencies and the Department of Planning and Investment. Presently, she has the Auditor Certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance.
